At NOX DISTRICT, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Items must be in original condition and packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

For hygiene reasons, underwear and certain accessories may not be eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.

If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
