How long does order processing take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–5 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order has not entered production or shipping, we may be able to update or cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible at support@noxdistrict.com.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- Europe: 5–12 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Will I receive tracking?
Yes. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent by email.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and offer the best resolution.

How should I choose my size?

How should I wash my items?
Wash inside out with similar colors. Use cold water and avoid bleach. Air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
